Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Description:PURPOSE:
Perform Credit & collections with responsibilities in Accounts receivable and payables. Create work orders and scheduling for production.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Credit & Collections
2. Post Customer Payments
3. Enter Bank reconciliations.
4. Accounts Payable for Group companies
5. Enter General Ledger transactions, including payroll and benefit data
6. Invoice customers and post payments
7. Create work orders and scheduling for production

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelorís degree or equivalent related course work. Preferred 2+ years of related experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to effectively negotiate timely customer payments via collections calls.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic arithmetic skills.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to problem solve and work well in a team environment.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Competent in computer software such as Excel, Word, and outlook.
